The Linkki app is now called Jyväskylä Tickets

The Jyväskylä Tickets app is one of Linkki's mobile ticket resale channels. IQ Payments Oy (PayIQ), a company that provides mobile ticket services for public transport in urban areas, is responsible for ticket sales in the app. 

Linkki mobile tickets are also available through other retailers' apps (VR, Matkahuolto, Onnibus, Perille.fi). The ticket price is always determined by the operator in partner sales channels. The operator may add its own payment method surcharge to the ticket price, which may vary depending on the ticket product.

As a new service, 30-day season tickets can now be purchased from the Jyväskylä Tickets app. Other services remain the same as before.

Ticket products and services available in the app:

• 30-day season tickets for adults, children, and young people
• Single tickets for adults and children
• 1–2-day tickets for adults, young people, and children
• Sharing a single ticket with another user
• Route guide services (link to the service https://reittiopas.jyvaskyla.fi)

All mobile tickets are valid immediately upon purchase, including season tickets.

Tickets can be purchased from the Jyväskylä Tickets app using several different payment methods, including the Epass commuter benefit. The Jyväskylä Tickets app can be downloaded free of charge from the App Store and Google Play.

Tickets without payment surcharges from the Waltti Mobiili app

Linkki public transport uses the Waltti ticket system, which is owned by the urban areas that use the system. Waltti has its own Waltti Mobiili ticket app, where ticket prices are always in line with Linkki's price list and no payment method fees are added. The Waltti Mobiili app offers the same ticket services as Jyväskylä Tickets.
