Linkki service point
The Linkki service point handles public transport ticket sales and customer service in a centralized manner. The service point is located in the center of Jyväskylä and is open on weekdays from Monday to Friday.

Waltti online store
You can order a travel card, top it up, or purchase a season ticket through the Waltti online store for public transport.
The service can be used on a mobile device or desktop browser. You can top up your travel card by registering a user account or without registering.
You can link several cards to one user account and use it to top up the travel cards of family members, for example. A card linked to a user account can always be loaded directly and does not need to be added each time you use it. Select the travel card you want to go directly to the store. You can also view your previous ticket purchases from your user account.
Ticket purchases are paid for via online banking, and you will receive a receipt by email. You can also choose to pay by invoice, in which case you will receive a monthly invoice for all your purchases. A billing fee of €2.90 will be added to the invoice.
Travel cards containing holder-specific value tickets can also be loaded online if they are linked to a personal user account in the service.

Ordering a new travel card
You can order a personal travel card for yourself or for a child under the age of 17 living in your household from the online store. The card fee for a new travel card is €5, which will be added to the price of the ticket you load onto the card. The travel card will be delivered to the address you provide by mail within 7–14 days.
Loading your travel card
You can load value or season tickets onto your Link travel card in the online store.
You can load tickets even if you still have value or season tickets left on your card. You can have two season tickets on your travel card at the same time: one in use and one on hold. A maximum of €500 can be loaded onto the card. The Waltti store also allows you to load non-round amounts, e.g., €0.99.
A new season ticket will start on the next trip after the end of the previous season when the card is scanned by the ticket inspection device on the bus.
Viewing customer information
Season ticket zones and validity periods can be changed in the online store when downloading a new ticket.
Changing the zones on a value ticket requires a visit to a service point (Linkki service point or R-kiosk Waltti service point). Changing your age group or address details also requires a visit to a customer service point for the time being.
Linkki and Linkki-VIP
On Linkki buses and Linkki-VIP service vehicles in Jyväskylä, you can pay for your journey with a Linkki travel card (season ticket or value ticket), contactless payment, mobile ticket or cash ticket.
You can only top up your travel card on Linkki buses with cash, not with a payment card. A €3 top-up fee is charged for ticket top-ups made on the bus. On the bus, you can top up
- Value tickets in increments of €10–50
- Season tickets with the same duration as the previous season ticket on the card
Mobile application
Mobile tickets are available as single-use or day tickets. You can also purchase 30-day monthly tickets from the Waltti Mobiili application.
To use the mobile app, you need a smartphone on which you can download the free app (Waltti Mobiili) from the app store in advance.
The mobile ticket is valid immediately after purchase. Mobile tickets are valid for travel on Linkki transport lines S1-S6 and 3-46. Mobile tickets can also be used for longer journeys on Linkki regional buses on lines 140, 141, and 143. Mobile tickets are also valid on regional transport services operating under the transport operator's colors (e.g., Petäjävesi / Matka Mäkelä Oy, Laukaa - Äänekoski / Koivuranta Oy).
