Traffic disruptions, missed connections, or arrivals that deviate from the schedule do not normally entitle passengers to compensation. Compensation may be paid on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of Jyväskylä Region Public Transport based on a written application. The application and supporting documents must be submitted to the Linkki service point (Asemakatu 7, Jyväskylä).

Refunds and returns are always handled at the Linkki service point.
