Linkki instructions for companies
Linkki to smart commuting
Linkki services encourage employees to use public transport. Supporting the use of public transport communicates the company's values and culture. Commuting by public transport benefits employers, employees, and the environment alike.
Commuting benefits both employers and employees
There are many good reasons to support commuting. Environmentally friendly and responsible thinking creates a positive image for companies and employers. By encouraging the use of public transport for commuting, employers promote the achievement of well-being and responsibility goals and can save costs. The taxation of employee travel tickets benefits both employers and employees. In addition, employee travel tickets make everyday life easier for employees and can be an asset in recruitment.
Travelling to work by public transport, cycling or walking increases well-being and health and reduces the need for parking spaces. On average, public transport users take 2,000 more steps per day than car users. In addition, employees who exercise 2–3 times a week have 4.5 fewer sick days per year than those who exercise no more than once a week.

Stop displays for business premises
Bring Linkki timetables closer to people and encourage smart travel by public transport. Timetables for nearby stops can be easily displayed on digital screens using Linkki's Stops service.
Create your own stop display for your business premises. Select the stops and lines whose timetables you, your customers, or your employees are interested in and transfer the information to digital displays. All you need to start using the service is a suitable display and an internet connection. With a network link, you can share the created stop view on the displays of your choice.
Customized stop displays are suitable for libraries, shopping centers, hotels, apartment buildings, company lobbies, and private use, for example.
How to create a stop display in the online service
- Go to the Stops service and click the Create stop display button
- Select horizontal or vertical display
- Select the display language
- Give the view a descriptive name, max. 14 characters
- Select the desired layout template
- Add the desired stop(s). Tip: You can easily check the name of the stop in the route guide.
- Select the duration and display language
You can create multiple stop views using the Add new stop view function. You can create timetable views for both directions, for example, east and west. The stop views you create will change on the screen according to the selected duration.
Use the Preview function to check the stop view you have created. Finally, click the Create view button. The stop view will open in your browser. The URL in the address bar shows the stop view you have created.
Please note that the Stops service works best with the latest versions of the most popular browsers (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Firefox). We recommend using a computer to create the stop view, as not all functions work on mobile devices.
