Travel cards
You can inquire about lost travel cards at the Linkki service point. Cards found during the previous week are delivered to the Linkki service point on Mondays, where they are stored for three months.
The Linkki service point will block lost cards upon request to prevent misuse. The unused period or value of a personal travel card can be transferred to a new card for a €7 processing fee and a €5 card fee. The contents of a holder-specific travel card will not be refunded.
If you have purchased a new travel card to replace a lost one and the contents have been transferred to it, your old card is invalid. If found, it can be disposed of as mixed waste or returned to the Linkki service point.
If you find a travel card belonging to someone else, give it to the Linkki bus driver or take it to a Linkki service point.
