Body
Public holidays and school holidays cause exceptions to regular timetables. The Journey Planner shows all operating services in real time, including on exceptional service days. Information on exceptional timetables can also be found on the info pages of the timetable booklet.
School holidays
On basic education holiday dates, schoolday services are not operated (services marked with koulp or kp in the timetable booklet).
- Christmas holiday: 21 Dec 2025 – 6 Jan 2026
- Winter holiday: 23–27 Feb 2026
- Summer holiday: 1 Jun – 11 Aug 2026
- Autumn holiday: 12–16 Oct 2026
Public holidays
Public holidays that fall on weekdays (Mon–Sat) affect Linkki public transport timetables. Jyväskylä’s Linkki-VIP service transport does not operate on public holidays.
